It is a physiologically active glycoside compound，known as the 2 α Natural configuration of glycerylglucoside. It is a critical active ingredient actively secreted by microalgae in order to counteract external environmental pressure，and has the ability to protect and repair cells in harsh environments such as extreme cold, extreme heat, and extreme drought.
